Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh
This is written quietly.
Like a late-night note to myself.
When the world sleeps and the heart thinks of parents. Best Dua For Parents Health And Happiness
I am Maulana Zabid Khokhar.
What I share here comes from real life.
From meetings with worried children.
From sitting with old parents.
From my own dil.
This is not a lecture.
Just clear guidance.
Simple words.
Useful remedies.
Why Parents’ Health and Happiness Matter So Much
Parents are our first shelter.
They carried us when we were weak.
They prayed when we could not speak.
When parents fall ill,
the heart feels restless.
Even food loses taste.
Sleep becomes light.
Islam understands this pain.
That is why dua for parents has such a high place.
Their health is not only physical.
It is also emotional.
They need peace.
They need to feel valued.
They need love.

The Best Dua from the Qur’an
The most powerful and safe dua is very short:
“Rabbir hamhuma kama rabbayani sagheera.”
Meaning:
O Allah, have mercy on my parents
as they raised me when I was small.
This dua asks for mercy.
And mercy includes health, relief, and peace.
This is why it is called the best dua.
Because Allah Himself taught it.
Real UK Case: A Practical Example
A brother from the UK contacted me.
His mother had long-term illness.
Medical treatment was ongoing.
But his heart had no sukoon.
He said:
“I do everything, Maulana,
but inside I feel empty.”
I gave him remedies, not promises.
Because Islam teaches effort, not exaggeration.
After weeks, his message was simple:
“Problems are there,
but my heart is calmer.”
This is what correct dua does.
Remedy 1: Daily Dua Routine for Parents
Time: Any time, best after Isha or Fajr
Method:
• Make wudu
• Sit calmly
• Read Durood Sharif 3 times
• Read
“Rabbir hamhuma kama rabbayani sagheera”
11 times
• Make personal dua for parents
• End with Durood Sharif 3 times
This builds consistency.
Consistency brings barakah.
Remedy 2: Wazifa for Parents’ Health
This is halal and simple.
After Isha:
• Read Surah Al-Fatiha 1 time
• Read Ayat-ul-Kursi 1 time
• Read Surah Al-Ikhlas 3 times
• Blow gently on hands
• Make dua for parents’ shifa
This is a spiritual support.
It does not replace medical care.
Remedy 3: Charity with Intention
Give small sadaqah regularly.
Even a little amount.
Before giving, say in heart:
“Ya Allah,
accept this for my parents’ health and happiness.”
Sadaqah removes unseen difficulties.
This is proven by experience.

Remedy 4: Behaviour as a Remedy
Many people forget this.
Good behaviour is also a dua.
• Speak softly
• Do not argue unnecessarily
• Listen patiently
• Visit or call regularly
Sometimes parents’ illness increases due to loneliness.
Your time is also a remedy.
If Parents Are Far Away
Distance does not reduce dua.
Fix one time daily.
Even two minutes.
Close your eyes.
Imagine them.
And pray.
Allah hears intention before words.
If Parents Have Passed Away
Do not stop.
Dua still reaches them.
Charity still benefits them.
Your good deeds raise their rank.
This connection never breaks.
Important Reminder
These remedies are support.
Not shortcuts.
Islam never promises instant results.
It teaches sabr, effort, and trust.
Keep treatment going.
Keep dua alive.
A Soft Ending Best Dua For Parents Health And Happiness
Ya Allah,
give our parents health where there is illness.
Give them peace where there is worry.
Forgive their mistakes.
Accept our small efforts.
Fill their lives with sukoon.
And keep our hearts soft for them.
Ameen.
