Believe me, the same job which once seemed like a burden, gradually started feeling easy. Boss’s attitude also changed, and Allah gave me such peace that I remember it till today.

He thought for a while and then changed his intentions. He kept working hard like before but this time his intention was to earn halal money and benefit others with his work. Result? He got promotion the next year.

But remember, halal earnings may be less, but there is blessing in it. And haram earnings can be a lot, but it takes away peace.
Once a friend said – “Brother, I have money, but no peace.” This is the difference. Money is not everything, halal money is the real success.
The real meaning of success
Sometimes we consider success to be only a big salary, a big car and a big house. But is this the real success?

- Allah is pleased.
- The family members are happy.
- The heart is at peace.
- And the society benefits.
Think about it, if you have a salary of lakhs but you can’t sleep, is that success? Success is when you get blessings, peace and Allah’s blessings.

Time Management – Learn from Namaaz
Namaaz gives us the biggest lesson of time management. Think, if we can offer Namaaz five times a day on time, then why can’t we work?
- Consider deadlines like Namaaz – they should be met on time.
- up into manageable chunks, such as being fresh before sunrise, concentrating in the afternoon, and unwinding in the evening.
- Complete the most difficult tasks early in the morning – because that is when the mind is freshest.
Connection between success and Tawheed
Finally, the most important thing – the connection between success and Tawheed.
If we believe that success is only due to our hard work, then it is arrogance. With Allah’s assistance, true achievement is attained. Working hard is our responsibility, but giving results is Allah’s job.
When this belief settles in the heart, then a person gives thanks in every situation – no matter what the result is. And this is the real peace.
